I implemented UX processes to differentiate the home decor brand’s website re-design from their competitors by performing user research, usability tests, interviews, content strategy and website metrics analysis; producing personas and wireframes; and designing the visual identity. I project managed the team to launch a cleaner website with a user interface that showcased their nuanced designs, while being more functional and engaging with their luxury audience.
I created the digital marketing strategy and built their social media presence from the ground up by performing a competitive analysis, identifying influencers, creating the brand voice and content strategy. In 3 months, number of followers were comparable with or surpassed competitors while engagement with industry influencers significantly increased.
